Conference Details:

 

• Parking is available both in front and behind the hotel. If you park behind the hotel, please use the “Ballroom Entrance”.

• Please note that admission will be by name tag only.

• Registration includes coffee/tea upon arrival, a morning nutrition break, and a lunch buffet of soup, sandwiches, and salad. If you have particular dietary concerns please indicate this with your registration.

• No on-site registration will be available.

• Please bring your confirmation sheet to sign-in.

• $5 cancellation fee.

• No half-day option available.

Timing of the day:

8:15–8:55 am: Registration

9:00–9:10 am: Welcome and AGM

9:10 am: Session(s) begins

12:00–1:00 pm: Lunch break

3:30 pm: End of session(s), door prize draws 

 

Important:

$5 cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed after October 12th. Refunds for non-attending individuals are not available. If you complete your registration and need to cancel or make changes please contact MELIT at melit.contact@gmail.com
